Abibikunle 30th March 2013

I have not been myself since I came this site yesterday. I am yet to come to terms with this discovery. T inu was my secondary school class mate. We entered Form One together with the others in 1966. We got along very well, very accommodating and resourceful. We all drifted away to our different ways but we see occasionally in Lagos. Once in a while I ask after her when I saw her brother, late Dr. Ogunbanke. Only late last year I saw her nephew, Wale OGunbanke and I also asked after her hoping that I will have the opportunity to say hello soon. This is never going to be. I pray that almighty God will console all the children and members of the immediate and extended family. Let all of us take consolation in the fact that it is not how long but how well. This is still like a dream to me. May her gentle and honest soul rest in peace. Jimo Abiodun Ibikunle
